SHIPPING

  • Do you ship internationally? Yes but there are several countries that are currently unavailable: 
    • United Kingdom
    • Russia
    • Germany
    • Afghanistan
    • Cuba
    • Belarus
    • Ukraine
    • Papua New Guinea
    • Hong Kong
Please refrain from placing an order if you are from any of the countries above. If you accidentally place an order anyway, your order will be cancelled and refunded. I apologize for the inconvenience.
*This list CAN change depending on the postal service's updates so it's worth checking back! 

  • I live outside of the US. Will I need to pay customs fees for my package? It depends on your country. Before placing an order, it's best to research your country's customs policy for any additional fees you may be subject to. This store is not responsible for any of these fees.  
    • EU CUSTOMERS: Due to the new Value Added Tax rules starting from July 1, 2021, orders to EU countries will be charged a VAT upon arrival. Please be aware of the additional fees. 


TIME

  • How long will it take to receive my order? I will process and ship your order as soon as possible (between 1-5 days). After I drop it off at the post office, the ETA is: 
    • US: 2-10 days
    • Anywhere else: 2-7 weeks
Please note that due to current circumstances regarding COVID-19 shipping may take longer than expected. 

This does not apply to PREORDER items. If the item is labeled PREORDER, the ETA will be written in the description of the item.

ABOUT YOUR ORDER

  • Can I combine multiple orders? If you place an additional order and would like both your initial order and the new one combined in one package, please contact me ASAP with both order numbers. I will then refund you the extra shipping cost. In the case that the orders are too big to combine and cannot fit into one package I will let you know. If I have already shipped your first order, I will not be able to combine them.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • What is this store's return and exchange policy? Once your package is shipped, items that are lost, stolen or damaged via USPS or your country's postal service are out of this store's responsibility. I do my best with precautions, but mishandling during transit may still occur. Standard shipping does not include insurance so unfortunately I cannot replace damaged or lost items or issue a refund. 

You may file a claim at your country's postal service. Please check their website or visit your local post office. For USPS fill out the claim forms at the links below:

If you act fast you are more likely to receive a response and compensation from the postal service, so please file the claims on the day that you receive your mishandled package. 

You may email me about the issue and I will file a claim from my side as well if needed. 

Please also double-check that you entered the correct address when placing an order. This store is not responsible for packages that are lost due to the customer submitting an incorrect address. 

  • What is your refund policy? You may only request a refund if I have not shipped your item yet. Once it is shipped it cannot be refunded. For damaged or lost items, as mentioned above these are out of my store's responsibility so I cannot issue a refund. 

  • The items I received are not what I ordered!
    • If you receive the wrong package or if you ordered multiple items but are missing something, please contact me. In this case I will refund you for the items.
    • If something is missing, please make sure that it was not due to the package being unwantedly opened and items falling out or being stolen, in which case you should file a claim (see above).
    • If the items are incorrect please attach pictures when contacting me via email. 
*If a free bonus item is missing, it is likely that supply ran out. 


CANCELLATION

  • Can I cancel my order? Only if you contact me ASAP. Once your package is packed and shipped it cannot be cancelled or refunded. 
  • Can I cancel a Preorder? Only if you contact me within the preorder timeframe that is written on the product description. Once it passes the timeframe, I cannot cancel your order since your products will already be in production. 

TERMS OF SERVICE

By ordering from my store, you automatically agree to the following conditions.
If you are not comfortable with my Terms Of Service and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not place an order. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. 

GENERAL
  • You, the Customer, may not claim my products as your own. 
  • You, the Customer, are not authorized to resell my products for profit unless you placed a WHOLESALE ORDER from me. If you no longer need a product that you have purchased from my store, you may resell it at the same price or less after at least 3 months of purchasing.
  • Violators will be blacklisted indefinitely and without warning.

PAYMENT

  • I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.
  • I will only accept USD as payment. You are responsible for any currency conversions.
  •  I do not accept payment from shared PayPal accounts unless you are not of legal age and use a parent/guardian’s PayPal account.

CHARGEBACK
  • By ordering from my store you agree that you will not issue a chargeback for any reason.
  • If for any reason your PayPal account malfunctions or authorizes a refund request without your knowledge, you must contact me as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.
  • You are required to contact me when you need to cancel an order (as mentioned above cancellation is only accepted if I have not packed and shipped your package yet). 
  • Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for you as well as your email address, and anyone sharing your PayPal account, including side accounts.

 PRIVACY
  • You reserve the right to share pictures of the items you received on social media. 
  • You are NOT authorized to share information shown on the packing slip.
  • You are NOT authorized to share information relating to payment processing. 
  • The personal information you provide to this store will never be disclosed to anyone both publically or privately.
